Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information LawyersAEO collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. LawyersAEO is operated by Robert Keller, doing business as LawyersAEO, based in Oregon, United States[, at your full mailing address]. For anything related to your data, write to info@creatormobility.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. When you request an AI visibility audit or book a call, the form asks for your name, your firm's name, your work email, your practice area, the market where you practice, the languages your clients use and, optionally, your website. We do not ask for client information, case details or anything covered by attorney-client privilege, and you shouldn't send it to us.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send your audit, to reply to you, to schedule a call and to send you information about our services. That's it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other law firms.
Analytics
Like most websites, this one may use analytics tools to understand which sections people read and where they leave. These tools collect technical information such as your browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. You can block them through your browser settings or an ad blocker.
Services we rely on
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, and typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request needed to serve them. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Ask us and we'll tell you which specific providers currently receive your information.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for as long as we're in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, request a copy, or tell us to stop contacting you. Write to info@creatormobility.com and we'll respond. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, other U.S. state privacy laws, the GDPR in Europe or Mexico's federal data protection law may give you further rights. We honor these requests regardless of whether a particular law requires it of a business our size.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including limited access and encrypted connections. If a security incident ever affected your personal information, we would notify you as required by Oregon law.
Cookies
This site uses only what's needed to work properly, plus analytics cookies if analytics is enabled. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings at any time.
Children
This site is aimed at legal professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
LawyersAEO is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. This policy is a starting point written for a small business based in Oregon, and it is not legal advice about your own compliance obligations. Have a qualified attorney review it before you rely on it.
